In the software industry, products are normally licensed rather than sold ― by paying to use the software you do not automatically “own” it. Rather, you purchase a license to use the product subject to certain conditions.
IMPORTANT!
Adobe discontinued Extensions in Photoshop last year by first moving them to the Legacy Extensions category, then completely removing access to them on newer versions of Photoshop on Apple Silicon, M-chip Apple computers, and on other Win and Mac computers as well.
Our Legacy (non-UPX) panels can still work if you are using a Photoshop version prior to 22.3, so, you can continue working in an older version of Photoshop where Adobe still had Extensions in the menu. As an additional option, you can install Rosetta to enable the Intel-based Photoshop app to run on your Apple computer and continue having access to the Legacy Extensions in Photoshop.
However, we've already released fully-recoded UXP Panels that are compatible with Photoshop® CC2021 (v22.0) and later for Win & Mac OS, including M-chip Apple computers and Apple Silicon OS last year.
You can upgrade your Legacy panels to the new UXP version via your Member Account > Reinstate Legacy or Upgrade to UXP, we offer upgrade discounts to our existing users to make the transition easier!
You can find all of the necessary information about the new UXP panels here and more about the changes Adobe made to Photoshop Extensions.
