Payment Method Availability
You can use any international or domestic (US) banking or credit card as well as a PayPal account to purchase our retouching RA Panels.
If you have and are logged into your Google Pay or Apple Pay accounts, you will be offered to use those payment methods on the checkout page as well.
Supported Currencies
Our operations are based in the United States of America, and as such, we exclusively accept payments in US Dollars. Most payment systems and banking cards will automatically convert your local currency, ensuring you can easily purchase our panels from anywhere around the globe.

Your data's security is our top priority. We have implemented industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information on our platform. Our chosen payment processor is Stripe, a leading and trusted payment platform, ensuring the utmost security for your payment information.
Payment Processing Information
When you fill out the payment form on our checkout page, you will be charged a one-time payment, equivalent to the price of the RA Panel you're purchasing.
Typically, Stripe handles all necessary payment verifications, and once your payment is confirmed, you'll gain instant access to the downloadable installation files for our panels.
The only exceptions to immediate access are situations where your bank does not authorize the payment, insufficient funds are available on the card used, or your card is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
Payment Troubleshooting
If you encounter declined transactions or payment gateway errors, we recommend trying a different banking card for payment processing.
If you are confident that your card payment should go through, consider using an alternative device or computer to complete the payment successfully.
Subscription and Recurring Payments
At the time of purchase, you will only be charged the initial price of the panel, which covers the license sign-up fee and the first year of the Maintenance & Support subscription.
The next Annual Maintenance & Support subscription payment, in the amount listed on the respective product pages, will be charged after the first year of using our panels. You can find the date of your next payment in the Recurring Total section of the checkout form.
Our system will automatically notify you before charging your banking card. If you wish to decide whether to continue using the RA Panels, you can easily remove your payment method information from your Member Account.
Navigate to the Payment Methods tab in your Member account and press the Delete button next to your banking card information.
Refund and Cancellation Policies

However, if you are dissatisfied with our software after exploring these resources, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
