For RA Panels users
Reason #1: Using Wrong Email
Please make sure you are using the email address associated with your original RA Panel purchase. It must be the email address that you received your purchase email notifications from us at the time of the purchase.
Reason #2: Forgot Your Password
Navigate to Your Account > Reset Password option in the top menu of the RA Lab website to reset your password.
Reason #3: Not Receiving Our Emails
If you are not receiving the password reset email, please check this FAQ page: Not Receiving Our Emails
Reason #3: Clear Your Cache
If you have reset your password, but keep getting looped back to the Private Pages notification page, please:
a) Clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies (see the Chrome example screenshot below);
b) Log in using your browser's Incognito Mode or Private Browsing.
Clearing Your Cache:
In Google Chrome, for example, you can do that via Chrome > Clear Browsing Data…
