Reason #1: Forgot Your Password

Reason #2: RA Lab Registration Incomplete
If there is no Username when you are trying to reset your password, that means that you have not completed your RA Lab registration at the time of the purchase as prompted on the Thank You page (see screenshot below).
You will need to do so by visiting the link that was emailed to you at the same time as your payment notification from PayPal.
Please search your mailbox for emails from email@example.com, or for an email with the subject line Important: Complete Your RA Lab Registration - it might be in your junk mail or other mailbox folders.
Please see Solution #2 here, if your mailbox is located on your proprietary domain, as opposed to public mail services such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
Reason #3: Clear Your Cache
If you have completed your registration and have the correct password to your account, but keep getting sent to the Private Pages notification page, please:
a) Clear your browser's cache;
b) Login using your browser's Incognito Mode.

If none of the above steps helps, please submit a Support Ticket and we will assist with accessing your account.
