Reason #1: Forgot Your Password

Reason #2: Your Registration is Incomplete
If there is no Username when you are trying to reset your password, that means that you have not completed your RA Lab registration at the time of the purchase as prompted on the Thank You page (see the screenshot below).
You will need to do so by visiting the link that was emailed to you at the same time as your payment notification.
Please use the Search feature in your mailbox to find any and all emails from our website, search for retouchingacademylab.com, or for the subject line Important: Complete Your RA Lab Registration - it might be in your Spam folder or other mailbox folders as this email message is an automated email sent out by our website.
Please see Solution #2 here, if your mailbox is located on your proprietary domain, as opposed to public mail services such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
Reason #3: Clear Your Cache
If you have completed your registration and have the correct password to your account, but keep getting sent to the Private Pages notification page, please:
a) Clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies (see the Chrome example screenshot below);
b) Log in using your browser's Incognito Mode or Private Browsing.
In Google Chrome, for example, you can do that via Chrome > Clear Browsing Data…
