Solution #1: Reset Your Password

Solution #2: Not Receiving Our Emails
If you are not receiving the password reset email, please check this FAQ page: Not Receiving Our Emails.
Solution #3: Clear Your Browsing History
If you have reset your password but are still getting the “Incorrect Password” error, please simply clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies – your browser might be looping you back to the error page even if you are using the correct password after resetting it.
