After you installed your UXP Panel in Photoshop via the Adobe Creative Cloud app, you will be asked to enter the email address that is associated with your Member Account (Step 5 of the UXP panel installation) in Adobe Photoshop:
You may install and use each purchased panel on up to 2 (two) computers simultaneously, either or both Mac OS or Windows per their Software Product License.
👉 Please, reach out to us if you need to use the panel on more computers than 2 at the same time.
Reset Activations
When the license activation request pops up in Photoshop after an update or your License renewal payment, and you had already activated your license twice, please reset these activations via your Member Account > Reset License Activations, so you can activate the panel again.
It is super simple:
Step 1:
Press the Reset Your Panel License Activation button at the bottom of your Member Account:
Step 2:
On the User License Activation Reset page, click the Reset button for the respective panel:
📌 Please keep in mind that both license activations of each of your panels can be reset only once in 24 hours.
📌 If you get any errors on this page, please clear your browser cache (check out Reason #3 on this FAQ page, refrain from pressing these buttons too quickly, and allow your browser to process one Reset click, then the other).
Please reach out to our Support Team if you need help with resetting!
📌 You can quickly access your Member Account page right from the Panels user interface (UI) via the button called "Your Member Area":
RA Panels Visibility in Your Photoshop
IMPORTANT! You do not need to re-install and re-activate the same panel multiple times on a single computer, as this will exhaust your license activation attempts.
If your panel is not visible in your Photoshop Workspace, please go to the Plugins menu, select the panel in the menu and it will show up in your workspace again.
