You'll find a comprehensive overview of all your subscriptions, including canceled or expired ones, by navigating to Subscriptions in your Member Account.
From here, you can Add a Payment Method, Cancel or Renew your Subscription.
In our recent database migration, we successfully transferred all orders from the older Legacy RA Panels and UXP Panel Subscriptions purchased prior to this update.
To ensure transparency and prevent any unauthorized charges, we've decided to require the reinstatement of all Legacy panel purchases and UXP panel subscriptions in the new database.
This approach allows our customers to decide whether to continue or abandon their RA Panel subscriptions.
Before renewing your existing subscription, click the Add Payment button to input the preferred payment method for upcoming charges.
After adding your payment method, proceed to the Renew Now page to finalize the reinstatement of your subscription.
Before your next Subscription payment is charged, you will receive an email notification a few days prior, offering you the opportunity to cancel if you choose not to resume your subscription.
📌 Important: Adding a Payment Method does not automatically resume your subscription. Your control and peace of mind matter to us. The system respects your preferences and only resumes your subscription with explicit consent.
Cancellation is hassle-free and can be done at any time from your Member Account. Once canceled, you won't be able to activate and/or use your RA Panel in Photoshop, and you won't incur new charges, even if your payment method remains on file.
📌 Important: If you wish to continue using the purchased RA Panel for the remainder of the paid subscription but want to avoid potential charges after your current cycle lapses, please refrain from pressing Cancel. Instead, remove your Payment Method.
