Purchased Beauty Retouch panel before April 29, 2020, where can I find the download files?

You will find the installation files of the purchased RA Panel on the Your Downloads page of your Member Account on the RA Lab website.

Legacy Accounts

We moved to a new website on April 29th, 2020. If you had purchased the Beauty Retouch panel before that date, you will need to reinstate your account on the new platform. It only takes a few seconds, and you only need to do it once.

The first page that you will see upon your first login on the new website will have the instructions on how to quickly reinstate your account:

1. Select your Operating System in the dropdown;
2. Copy the Promo Code for the Legacy customers (be sure that there are no empty spaces around the code) and press Add To Cart button;
3. Paste the Promo Code and press Apply to zero out the price, then complete the order.

That's all! Your old purchase has been successfully added to your account on our new platform. You can now log in and download the latest version of the panel.

Log in to our website using your email address or the username that you created at the time of the purchase.

If you are not sure you remember your password, please reset it via the Reset Password page in the main navigation menu.
