In our ongoing commitment to enhancing our customers' experience, we've made multiple updates and improvements to our website's core since April 2020.
If you purchased the Beauty Retouch panel before April 2020, you will need to reestablish your purchase within your account on our new platform. It's a quick process, and you only need to do it once:
Log in to our website using either your email address or the username you originally created when you made your purchase.
If you're unsure about your password, you can easily reset it by visiting the Reset Password page in the main navigation menu.
- Once you have logged in, please follow the instructions provided on this page to reinstate your account.
After you have reinstated your purchase, please download the latest version of the panel on the Downloads page in your Member Account.
- Follow the instructions provided to install your RA Panel in Adobe Photoshop.
