Purchasing another RA Panel

If you are already a registered user and have purchased one of our panels previously, please be sure to log in before purchasing another RA Panel to ensure it is added to the same account for your convenience.

When Paying with a Credit Card

At the end of the purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address,  please enter the email address that is used in your existing account, so that your new purchase is added to it even if you are not logged in during the purchase.

When Paying with PayPal

Same Email Address

If the email address that is linked with your PayPal account is the same as the email address that is used in your existing account, our system will "recognize" you and add the new purchase into your existing account if you are already logged in.

If you were not logged in during the purchase, simply log in to your account at the end of the purchase (see screenshot below) and download your newly purchased panel.

You will receive a Purchase Receipt as well as an email notification that your account has been upgraded, which means your new purchase has been added to your account.

Different Email Address

If the email address that is associated with your PayPal account is NOT the same as the email address that is used in your existing account on our website, please be sure to log in FIRST and then purchase the new panel.

Otherwise, the system will not "recognize" you and will create a separate account for your new purchase. This might be inconvenient for you to have to log in to different accounts to download each panel.
