Our RA Panels Support Team manages all maintenance and support inquiries (tickets) related to the RA Panels and Courses. You can reach them via Contact Support.
Our RA Support team offers assistance via email during our operating hours in the Pacific Time Zone from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We guarantee a maximum response time of 48 hours.
While we strive to be available whenever you need us, please understand that we may occasionally have time off during public holidays to spend time with our families. Despite this, please know that we absolutely always prioritize addressing every customer email and support ticket.
Rest assured that no customer email or support ticket goes unanswered. If you haven't received a response, kindly check your Spam folder.
When you submit a Support Ticket, you should receive an automated email with your unique ticket number. If you don't see this email and can't find any communication from us in your spam folder, it's possible that your support ticket didn't go through successfully. In that case, our team won't have received it either.
Usually, that is due to your email being misspelled, please go ahead and submit another ticket while making sure you spell your email address correctly.

Our RA Panels Support Team provides support services to customers only.
Support includes help with the purchase, login, and download of the purchased panels, as well as installation troubleshooting.

Limitation of Support
Support does NOT include:
- general basic computer knowledge support;
- general retouching education support, our panels are designed to speed up retouching, but it is expected that you understand retouching techniques and tools to use our panels;
- general Adobe Photoshop support;
- solving problems for plugins or scripts that are not packaged with our panels;
- other extensions & plugins integration;
- adding new features or extending the currently available features outside of our scheduled updates;
- changing colors and/or size of panels for individuals;
- any type of modification or customization outside of the use of our own customization features.
Whilst we'd love to be able to help with requests like those mentioned above, it simply wouldn't be possible for our small team to provide such extended support at the expense of providing quality service to our RA Panels' paid customers.
We do not provide support via phone or Zoom-type calls.
All RA Panel-related questions shall be sent via the Support Ticket form so that the designated Support Team representatives have all the necessary information to validate your customer account and provide the necessary information that is relevant to your Operating System and Photoshop version.
Updates & Bug Fixing
Whenever a new Adobe Photoshop update causes issues with the RA Panels installation, we update our panels free of charge for our registered users.
Updating any software takes time. We don't want you to have to wait for panel updates without being able to use them. If you use our panels on a daily basis, we encourage you to wait for us to address any compatibility issues before you update your Adobe Photoshop installation to the latest version.
If you must update, please consider keeping the existing version of Photoshop on your computer so you can continue using our panels until we can issue a compatible update.
On occasion, following a software update, we may identify bugs within our panel scripts. We are committed to promptly rectifying these bugs, though it's important to acknowledge that the process of identifying, rectifying, and subsequently testing the updates across diverse Photoshop versions on both Mac OS and Windows systems demands time. Typically, this duration is 1-2 days, but if the issues are infrequent or intricate, it might extend beyond that timeframe.
While it's our desire to ensure seamless compatibility between our panels and all available plugins and extensions for Adobe Photoshop, we must acknowledge that we lack control over this aspect. To date, we have not received any reports of conflicts between our panels and other plugins or extensions, but it's important to recognize that the potential for such conflicts does exist.
Kindly refrain from contacting us in cases where you encounter difficulties with the proper functioning of other plugins or extensions in conjunction with our panels. Regrettably, we won't be able to offer assistance for these matters. Should you face this situation, you have a few options: you can deactivate the troublesome plugin, seek support from the relevant plugin's support team, or consider replacing the problematic plugin with a suitable alternative.
