Hours & Response Time
Support is available via email during our operating hours in the Pacific Time Zone, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We guarantee a maximum response time of 24 hours.
We occasionally take time off on public holidays. Every support ticket is answered — if you have not received a reply, please check your Spam folder.
Did not receive a confirmation email? When you submit a ticket, you should receive an automated reply with your unique ticket number. If you do not see it and it is not in your Spam folder, your ticket may not have gone through — please resubmit and double-check your email address for typos.
What Support Includes

What Support Does Not Include
To ensure quality service for all customers, support does not cover:
- General computer knowledge or basic troubleshooting
- General retouching education — our panels are designed for users who already understand retouching techniques
- General Adobe Photoshop support
- Third-party plugins, scripts, or extensions not packaged with our panels
- Integration with other extensions or plugins
- Adding new features or extending functionality outside of scheduled updates
- Custom panel colors, sizes, or visual modifications
- Any customization outside of our built-in customization features
We do not provide support via phone or video calls. All inquiries must be submitted via the Support Ticket form.
Updates & Bug Fixes
When a Photoshop update causes compatibility issues with the RA Panels, we release a fix free of charge for all registered users.
If you use our panels daily, we recommend waiting for us to confirm compatibility before updating Photoshop. If you must update, consider keeping the previous Photoshop version installed so you can continue working until a compatible update is available.
Bug fixes typically take 1–2 days, though complex or infrequent issues may take longer. We test all updates across multiple Photoshop versions on both Mac OS and Windows before release.
