A software license is an authorization by the owner of a software product allowing a customer to use the product.
In the software industry, products are normally licensed rather than sold ― by paying to use the software you do not automatically “own” it. Rather, you purchase a license to use the product subject to certain conditions.
Our Software Product License
A single user may install and use one copy (Mac or Win) of our software product (Beauty Retouch, MUA Retouch and/or Pixel Juggler panels) on up to 2 (two) computers for his or her sole use across his or her home office, and studio stations, which can be laptops and desktops.
By purchasing, downloading and/or installing our software products, you agree to abide by the terms of these licenses:
- Beauty Retouch and Pixel Juggler Software Product License
- MUA Retouch Panel Software Product License
When you purchase a license to our panels, it is a one-time purchase that allows you to stay "subscribed" to have access to your Member Account where we update the panel versions for our customers to re-download from.
If you work in both operating systems, our Support Team will be happy to provide a $30 off discount code for your second license. Please note that the accounts with unlawfully obtained, unpaid second OS versions of the panel will be de-activated.
Updated versions of the panels will contain the same functions and will work with the latest Photoshop versions.
Updated versions of the panels will contain the same functions and will work with the latest Photoshop versions.
Upgraded versions of the panels will contain new functions and scripts and will be available to the current customers at a discounted price.
Copyright Violation
Please note that the software license does not permit sharing, lending, leasing, subleasing, distributing, selling, disseminating, giving away or lending the RA Panels, as it is the intellectual property of Queenscliff Global LLC.
The electronic signature of the downloaded files allows us to trace the files distributed without our permission back to the account from which the files were downloaded.
Copyright violators' accounts will be deactivated immediately and legal action will be taken to protect our Intellectual Property.
