Software Product License (new UXP panels)

A software license is an authorization by the owner of a software product allowing a customer to use the product.

 

In the software industry, products are normally licensed rather than sold ― by paying to use the software you do not automatically “own” it. Rather, you purchase a license to use the product subject to certain conditions.

 

Our Software Product License

A single user may install and use one copy of our software product (Beauty Retouch UXP, MUA Retouch UXP and/or Pixel Juggler UXP panels) on up to 2 (two) computers for his or her sole use only across his or her home office, and studio stations, which can be laptops and desktops.

 

By purchasing, downloading and/or installing our software products, you agree to abide by the terms of this Software Product License.

 

When you purchase a license to one of our panels, it is a one-time purchase that allows you to stay "subscribed" to have access to your Member Account where we update the panel versions for our customers to re-download from for the first year (Maintenance & Support subscription).

 

Your ongoing subscription ($29.00/yr) after the first year will allow you to receive future updates and upgrades of the RA Panels and use any of our content without having to pay any additional fees. 

Updated versions of the panels will contain the same functions, will work with the latest Photoshop versions, and will be available to our users with an active subscription.

 

Upgraded versions of the panels will contain improved or new functions and scripts and will be available to our users with an active subscription for a discounted fee.

The UXP panels are compatible with both Win and Mac OS systems. You will not need to purchase an additional license to be able to work on both operating systems, simply use your license to install RA Panels on 2 computers of either or both operating systems.

Please note that the software license does not permit sharing, lending, leasing, subleasing, distributing, selling, disseminating, giving away or lending the RA Panels, as it is the intellectual property of Queenscliff Global LLC. 

 

The electronic signature of the downloaded files allows us to trace the files distributed without our permission back to the account from which the files were downloaded.

 

Copyright violators' accounts will be deactivated immediately and legal action will be taken to protect our Intellectual Property.
