Managing Your RA Lab Subscriptions
View all your subscriptions — including cancelled and expired ones — in Member Account → Subscriptions.
From here you can: add or change your payment method, cancel, reactivate, renew in advance, or pay for an expired subscription.
Your first subscription cycle — annual or monthly, depending on the option you chose at purchase — is included in your original panel purchase.
Please note: The RA Panels are subscription-based, as outlined in the Software Product License. An unpaid or lapsed subscription is the equivalent of cancelling your active membership — your panel will be deactivated in Photoshop until the subscription is renewed. You can reactivate at any time without purchasing the panel license again. If the status displayed in Subscriptions is "On Hold", simply Renew it. If it is "Cancelled" or "Expired, please contact our Support Team and we'll help you resubscribe.
Your license never expires. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your panel will deactivate and your installation files will be temporarily removed from your Downloads, but your license is never lost. Reactivating your subscription restores full access immediately, with no need to repurchase the license.
Please note: If you cancel your subscription, or it lapses due to a missed payment, and you later choose to resubscribe, your new subscription will be at the current annual rate of $39.99 per year. Earlier subscriptions were offered at a lower introductory rate, but that rate applies only while a subscription stays active and cannot be restored once a subscription has been canceled or has lapsed. Reactivating always starts a new subscription at the current price.
Add, Change, or Delete Your Payment Method
Press Add Payment Method to add or update your preferred payment method before your next renewal.
You can also delete your current payment method if you want to replace it or let your subscription expire at the end of the current paid period. Once the subscription ends with no valid payment method on file, it will expire automatically and the panel will no longer work in Photoshop.
Pay an Expired Subscription
When a subscription cycle expires, you will not be able to activate or use your RA Panel in Photoshop until it is renewed.
To renew, press the View button next to the subscription showing as On Hold.
On the next page, press Pay in the Related Orders section at the bottom.
Important: After reactivating your subscription, reset your license activations via Member Account → Reset Your License Activations. See these instructions for details.
If you keep seeing the same error or getting redirected to a wrong page, please clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Clearing your browser's cache resolves many common issues, including login errors, pages not loading correctly, panel activation reset errors, and password reset links not working. See: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache.
Alternatively, try logging in using your browser's Incognito Mode or Private Browsing as a quick test, though clearing the cache is the more reliable long-term fix.
Renew Now (Pay in Advance)
The Renew Now button lets you pay for the next subscription cycle before your current one ends. This ensures your panel activations in Photoshop remain uninterrupted — no license reset needed if you renew before the expiry date.
Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Member Account. There will be no further charges, even if a payment method remains on file.
Important: Once cancelled, your panel will be deactivated in Photoshop immediately — you will not be able to use it for the remainder of your paid period. Your license is never lost and can be reactivated at any time without repurchasing.
PayPal users: If you pay via PayPal, you must also cancel the pre-approved automatic payment inside your PayPal account at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay. Find the active payment linked to Retouching Academy or Queenscliff Global LLC and cancel it. If you do not do this, PayPal will continue charging you automatically — we have no way to detect or stop payments initiated from your PayPal account. Alternatively, let us know and we can release it from our end.
Not sure whether to cancel? Please reach out to our Support Team before cancelling — cancellation is immediate and irreversible.
Resubscribe
If your subscription has expired or was cancelled — including by the system after repeated payment failures — contact our Support Team to reinstate it. Your license is still on file and no repurchase is needed.
Important: After resubscribing, reset your license activations via Member Account → Reset Your License Activations as described here.
