How to Clear Your Browser's Cache
Clearing your browser's cache resolves many common issues, including login errors, pages not loading correctly, panel activation reset buttons giving an error, and password reset links not working.
If our Support Team has asked you to do this, follow the steps for your browser below.
Google Chrome
- In the top menu, go to Chrome → Clear Browsing Data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Press Clear data.
- Close and reopen Chrome, then try again.
Safari (Mac)
- In the top menu, go to Safari → Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Press Manage Website Data, then Remove All.
- Close and reopen Safari, then try again.
Mozilla Firefox
- In the top menu, go to Firefox → Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security from the left panel.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, press Clear Data.
- Check both options and press Clear.
- Close and reopen Firefox, then try again.
Microsoft Edge
- In the top menu, go to Settings and more (⋯) → Settings.
- Select Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, press Choose what to clear.
- Set the time range to All time, check Cookies and Cached images and files, then press Clear now.
- Close and reopen Edge, then try again.
Quick Alternative: Incognito or Private Browsing
If you need access immediately and do not want to clear your full cache, try opening our website in your browser's Incognito Mode (Chrome, Edge) or Private Browsing (Safari, Firefox). This bypasses cached data without deleting anything.
This is a temporary fix. If the issue recurs, clearing your cache fully is the more reliable long-term solution.
