What Is a Software License?
A software license is an authorization granted by the software owner that allows you to use the product under specific conditions. In the software industry, products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing software gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
Our Software Product License
A single-user license allows one individual to install and use the panel on up to two (2) computers, such as a home workstation and a studio machine. Both Windows and macOS are supported under a single license.
By purchasing, downloading, or installing any RA Panel, you agree to the terms of the Software Product License.
Every panel purchase has two separate parts:
- A one-time Product License. Purchased once. It stays attached to your account permanently and never needs to be repurchased.

A Maintenance & Support subscription, renewed annually, monthly, or purchased as a lifetime option, as listed on the product page. This is what activates the panel in Photoshop and keeps your downloads, updates, and technical support available.

Your license never expires; only the subscription renews. An Active subscription means your panel activates and runs in Photoshop, your installation files and updates stay available in your Member Account, and technical support is included.
Maintaining the panels is ongoing work: when a Photoshop update changes something, we fix it quickly, and improved versions land in your Member Account at no extra cost.
Your Maintenance & Support fee (roughly $0.10 a day on the annual plan) is what keeps our Support and Development teams ready year-round.

Licensing Model & Updates
Your license grants access to your Member Account, where eligible versions of the product are available according to the license terms in effect at the time of purchase.
- Updated versions include stability improvements and compatibility updates, available to all users with an active subscription.
- Upgraded versions include new tools, scripts, or features, offered to existing users at a discounted rate, when applicable.
Account & Panel Activation in Photoshop
You will use the same email address to log into your account on our website and to activate your panel license in Photoshop.
Inside your Member Account you will find:
- The latest panel installation files.
- Free video courses and tutorials.
- Exclusive discounts and bonus materials for panel users.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All RA Panels are the intellectual property of Queenscliff Global LLC. Your license does not permit:
- Sharing or redistributing the software
- Lending, leasing, sublicensing, or reselling the panels
- Transferring files or access to third parties
All downloaded files are electronically signed and traceable to the original purchasing account. Copyright violations will result in immediate account deactivation, and legal action may be taken to protect our intellectual property.
