Retouching UXP Panels (Plugins)
The RA Panels require Photoshop® 2022, v23.3 or later. AI-powered features in the Beauty Retouch Panel require Photoshop® 2024, v25.3 or later. Both Windows and Mac OS are supported under a single license.
For the most reliable workflow, use the current stable release of Photoshop.
Important: Adobe's Photoshop BETA builds are test versions that change frequently before official release. They are not officially supported and may cause UXP panel installation or compatibility errors, or keep wasting your time by using up your license activations: Panel keeps asking to reset activations. Use the current stable release instead.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many computers can I install my panel on?
Your Software License allows simultaneous use on up to two computers — for example, a home workstation and a studio machine.
If you need to use the panel on a third computer, such as a laptop while travelling, you can do so by resetting your license activations:
- Install the panel on the third computer.
- In your Member Account, reset your panel's license activations.
- Open the panel in Photoshop on the new computer and activate it using your RA Lab account email address.
Can I use RA Panels in Adobe Lightroom?
No. Lightroom is a separate Adobe program and is not compatible with RA Panels.
Can I use RA Panels in Photoshop Elements?
No. Photoshop Elements is a separate Adobe program and is not compatible with RA Panels.
Can I use RA Panels in Photoshop on iPad?
Not currently. Adobe has not yet made plugins available for Photoshop on iPad.
