Make Sure Our Emails Reach Your Inbox
Some email providers filter automated emails into Spam or Junk. Follow the steps below to make sure you receive order confirmations, download links, and product updates from us.
Gmail
- In your inbox, find an email from noreply@retouchingacademy.com — for example, your welcome email.
- Drag it to the Primary tab of your inbox.
- When Gmail asks if you want all future emails from this sender to appear in Primary — confirm yes.
Yahoo, AOL, Outlook, and Other Providers
Add our email address to your Address Book or Contact List. This tells your email provider to always deliver our messages to your inbox.
