There are a couple of possible reasons for you not getting our emails:
- Our automated emails are being trapped in your Spam/Junk mail folder or on your server - see Solutions #1 and #2 below;
- You might be looking for our email in the wrong mailbox - see Solution #3 below;
- You might have misspelled your email address at the time of your registration or when updating your account - see Solution #4 below.
Solution #1: Check Your Junk Mail Folder
Solution #2: Check the CPanel on Your Server
If your mailbox is located on a proprietary domain (for example, email@example.com), it's most likely been captured by your Spam filter and is kept in the Junk Mail folder on your server.
Proprietary domains, as opposed to public mail services such as GMAIL, HOTMAIL, or YAHOO, often filter out automated emails and prevent them from getting into your inbox.
You will need to check your mailbox on the server via the cPanel.
Please consider changing the email address in your RA Lab account to any of your public mail service email addresses instead of an email on a proprietary domain to ensure consistent email delivery and for your convenience.
Solution #3: Searching In The Wrong Mailbox
If you used your PayPal account to pay for the panel, at the time of the purchase our system only had one email address linked to your transaction and it was your PayPal email address.
You can change this email address in your account to another via Your Profile page.
To locate our automated emails, please check the mailbox of the email address that is linked to your PayPal account as described in Solution #1 above.
