Important: Adobe removed support for CEP extensions — the framework used by the old RA Panels — in Photoshop 2025 and later. Legacy extensions are no longer visible or functional in current Photoshop versions. See: Important Update: Legacy RA Panels and the New UXP Upgrade.
The RA UXP Panels are the current supported versions, compatible with Photoshop® 2022, v23.3 or later on Windows and Mac OS, including M-chip Apple computers.

Using the Legacy Panel on an Older Photoshop Version
If you are running Photoshop earlier than v22.3 and extensions are not visible, enable them in Photoshop preferences:
- Go to Photoshop → Preferences → Plugins.
- Enable Load Extension Panels and Allow Extensions to Connect to the Internet.
- Restart Photoshop.
Apple Silicon Mac — Rosetta Mode
If you are on an Apple Silicon Mac and extensions are greyed out even after enabling them in preferences, you will need to run Photoshop in Rosetta mode. Note that this may not restore full compatibility.
- Close Photoshop.
- Go to Applications → Adobe Photoshop [version].
- Right-click the app → Get Info.
- Check Open using Rosetta.
- Restart Photoshop and re-enable Load Extension Panels in preferences.

This is a temporary workaround for legacy panels only. The UXP Panels run natively on Apple Silicon and do not require Rosetta.
