The RA Panels have been successfully tested and work without any issues with the latest officially licensed versions of Adobe® Photoshop® CC on both Mac OSX and Windows-based computers.
An RA Panel (Beauty Retouch, MUA Retouch and Pixel Juggler) is a digitally downloaded product, and as such, cannot be returned after it has been downloaded as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Please verify that your system and software are capable of running the Beauty Retouch panel by downloading our free Pixel Juggler panel. If you can successfully install the Pixel Juggler panel, the Beauty Retouch and MUA Retouch panels will be easily installed and function as intended as well.
99.9% of our happy customers had no issues installing and running both our panels, and we are always able to assist in troubleshooting for the other 0,1%. There has not been one case where we were unable to help install our panels when approached by a customer.
