Cannot Log In to My Member Account

Reason 1: Wrong Email Address
Log in using the email address associated with your original RA Panel purchase — the same address where you received your order confirmation from retouchingacademy.com or retouchingacademylab.com.
If you have multiple email addresses and cannot locate your purchase confirmation, contact our Support Team with all the email addresses you may have used and we will do our best to locate your account. Please note that we cannot guarantee account recovery without proof of purchase.
Reason 2: Forgotten Password
Go to Reset Password to set a new one.

Reason 3: Clear Your Cache
If you keep seeing the same error or getting redirected to a wrong page, please clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Clearing your browser's cache resolves many common issues, including login errors, pages not loading correctly, panel activation reset errors, and password reset links not working. See: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache.
Alternatively, try logging in using your browser's Incognito Mode or Private Browsing as a quick test, though clearing the cache is the more reliable long-term fix.
