New UXP Panels (Plugins)
In Photoshop, navigate to Plugins and select Beauty Retouch, MUA Retouch and/or Pixel Juggler.
If you don't see the UXP panels under Plugins in Photoshop, please open the Creative Cloud app, and navigate to Stock & Marketplace > Plugins > Manage plugins - you should see all of your installed UXP panels here.
If you don't see them here, you will need to install your panels following the installation instructions relevant to your purchased panels: Installation Guides.
Old RA Panels (Legacy Extensions)
Adobe discontinued Extensions in Photoshop last year by first moving them to the Legacy Extensions category, then completely removing access to them on newer versions of Photoshop on Apple Silicon, M1/M2 Apple computers, and on some other Win and Mac computers as well.
Our Legacy (non-UPX) panels can still work if you are using a Photoshop version prior to 22.3, so, you can continue working in an older version of Photoshop where Adobe still had Extensions in the menu. As an additional option, you can install Rosetta to enable the Intel-based Photoshop app to run on your Apple computer and continue having access to the Legacy Extensions in Photoshop.
However, we've already released fully-recoded UXP Panels - you can find them on the RA Lab Website - that are compatible with Photoshop® CC2021 (v22.0) and later for Win & Mac OS, including M1/M2 Apple computers and Apple Silicon OS last year.
You can upgrade your legacy panels to the new UXP version via your Member Account, we offer upgrade discounts to our existing users to make the transition easier!
You can find all of the necessary information about the new UXP panels here and more about the changes Adobe made to Photoshop Extensions.
If RA Panels are not loading in your Photoshop version prior to 22.3 after you had them successfully installed, navigate to Window > Extensions and select Beauty Retouch, MUA Retouch and/or Pixel Juggler:
In the later versions of Photoshop, given the Extensions are still supported on your OS, you will find them in Legacy Extensions.
If you don’t see any of the RA Panels in your Photoshop version prior to 22.3 in the Windows > Extensions menu, navigate to Preferences > Plug-ins in Photoshop and check the Load Extension Panels option (see screenshot below).
NOTE: You will need to relaunch Photoshop for the panels to appear in the Window> Extensions menu after you changed your Photoshop preferences.
