Not Receiving RA Emails
Email and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) sometimes block automated emails, mistakenly treating them as spam. There are a few common reasons you may not be receiving our emails:
- Our emails are being filtered into your Spam or Junk folder — see Solution 1 and Solution 2 below.
- You may be checking the wrong mailbox — see Solution 3 below.
- Your email address may have been entered incorrectly at registration — see Solution 4 below.
Solution 1: Check Your Junk Mail Folder
Search your entire mailbox for emails from noreply@retouchingacademy.com. The email may be in your Junk or Spam folder.
Important: Use the Search function in your email client rather than scrolling through folders manually — it will save you time and is more reliable.
To prevent this from happening again, whitelist or add our email addresses to your Contact List:
- contact@retouchingacademylab.com
- noreply@retouchingacademylab.com
- contact@retouchingacademy.com
Solution 2: Check the cPanel on Your Server
If your email is on a proprietary domain (for example, contact@johnsmith.com), our automated emails may be filtered by your server's spam filter before they reach your inbox. This is common with custom domains, unlike public services such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo.
Check your mailbox on the server via cPanel to locate any filtered emails.
To avoid this issue going forward, consider updating the email address in your RA Lab account to a public mail service address such as Gmail, or whitelist our emails mentioned above.
Solution 3: Check the Right Mailbox
If you paid via PayPal, our system linked your purchase to your PayPal email address. Check the inbox associated with that PayPal account as described in Solution 1 above.
You can update your email address at any time via your Profile page.
