Reason #2: RA Lab Registration Incomplete
If there is no Username when you are trying to reset your password, that means that you have not completed your RA Lab registration at the time of the purchase. Please visit this FAQ page for further instructions: Cannot Login to Your Account
Reason #3: Clear Your Browsing History
You have reset your password but continue getting the “Incorrect Password” error, please simply clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies.
In Google Chrome you can find it via Chrome > Clear Browsing Data…
